FRAMING PROJECTS

JOB// REECE APARTMENTS  CLIENT// SUN VALLEY COMPANY
This apartment complex in Spanish Fork, Utah was completed Spring ‘19. A fun project involving flat roofs and unique design.

JOB// SUN VALLEY EMPLOYEE DORMITORIES  CLIENT// SUN VALLEY COMPANY
This new state of the art dorms will house 500 employees of Sun Valley come winter ‘18-’19. Under a strict time schedule, we sent our best boys to work under Kalama to live in Ketchum June through November. It was a boot camp of sorts for our boys, who’s average age is only 19. They learned the value of hard work and commitment and gained some valuable framing skills. What a summer!

JOB// WARM SPRING LODGE  CLIENT// SUN VALLEY COMPANY
While working on the dormitory project, the Warm Springs Lodge at Sun Valley Resort caught fire. The roof and several walls were almost a total loss. Construct was asked if they could help with the framing restoration and we jumped at the chance. The new and improved lodge will be a spectacular improvement for the resort and guests.

JOB// FLOORING SHOWROOM  CLIENT// BRENT BELLISTON
This retail space on State Street in Orem went up Fall of 2017. With a crew of only four, this 40,000 sf building was up in record time, to the delight of our client.

JOB// LINCOLN SQUARE APARTMENTS, VINEYARD  CLIENT// MOFFAT FAMILY
This framing job took place over several months in 2018. Over 600,0000 square feet, it included 244 units, several garage structures and a clubhouse. Our team did a tremendous job keeping this project on schedule and tidy with a full time clean-up crew. Special thanks to Ryan Bowles for running this project.

JOB// FLYING HORSE CONDOMINIUMS  CLIENT// JERRY ANDERSON
Off Sandhill Road in Orem, this seven building condo project plus a clubhouse is projected to be finished Spring 2018.

JOB// POELMAN RESIDENCE  CLIENT// JERRY ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION
When we have have a job like the Poelman residence, we stick Kalama on the job and let him work his framing magic. 35 foot stairwells, ten car garage, 40 foot roof spans - Jared's got it all calculated in his head before he picks up the first board.

JOB// FORD RESIDENCE  CLIENT// LANCE AND KARA FORD
This home in Vineyard was completed in the Spring of 2014 as a side job before Construct was even a thought. Before the job was complete, we had three more jobs lined out and Construct was born out of necessity. We'd like to thank our sponsor Red Bull for getting us through this one.

JOB// SARATOGA POOL HOUSE  CLIENT// RCR CONSTRUCTION
"Just add a garage to my existing house, and throw a pool house on the lot next door while your at it," said no one ev... this client!

JOB// STEVE YOUNG GUEST HOUSE  CLIENT// JERRY ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION
Building any home designed by architect Michael Upwall is a treat, no matter the size. Cantilevers and flat roofs are signature Upwall features and we couldn't be more excited to start the main home once the guest house is complete.

JOB// MILLCREEK RESIDENCE  CLIENT// JACKSON & LEROY
We love a nice set of hips. Get your mind out of the gutter we're talking roofs! Nestled in the evergreens of Millcreek Canyon in Salt Lake, this custom home had hips to spare. Congratulations to the owner of this "hip" home.

JOB// VINEYARD RESIDENCE  CLIENT// CANYON RIVER CONSTRUCTION
This home is located on the 9th hole of Sleepy Ridge Golf Course. It's massive radial walls reaching 20 feet high were no easy task. Luckily, we have massive muscles....and a crane.

JOB// THE VILLAS  CLIENT// JERRY ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION
There's just something about walking six inch walls 50 feet off the ground, the wind howling and trusses swinging above your head that makes you feel alive! Or maybe that's just us. At any rate, we highly recommend putting up apartment buildings as a great team building exercise.

JOB// VIVINT SECURITY  CLIENT// JERRY ANDERSON CONSTRUCTION
We've built playhouses before. You know, cute little huts for our kids with a slide or a play kitchen. But this project took the term playhouse to a new level. An actual house inside Vivint's warehouse. We assume employees are learning how to install alarm systems and not having sweet bro tea parties. We hope so anyway.
